Stop Auto Re-routing of connectors
First thing to do is to enable the Developer Tab, goto;
File -> Options -> Customize Ribbon
Check the Developer box, then click OK;
Now click on the Developer tab up the top, select your shape or object and click on
Behavior in the Developer tab, select the "Placement" Tab and drop down the "Placement Behaviour" and select "Do not lay out and route around" click OK;
Now drag your sharp over the connection points and they won't move!
